POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an On-Call Media Specialist with Vanacore Media, you will become an integral part of our team, stepping in for our lead team members when they are unavailable to fulfill client assignments. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your role as a Videographer, Photographer, or Graphic Designer. You will be called upon to execute a variety of media-related tasks, and once you complete the project, you will submit your work for approval before receiving payment. The position is designed for individuals who are highly flexible, dependable, and capable of delivering high-quality work under a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities (BASED ON YOUR SKILLS) :

1. Videographer (In-Person Shoot)

• Respond to calls from Vanacore Media to schedule video shoots for clients.

• Set up video equipment (camera, lighting, sound) for on-location shoots as per client requirements.

• Capture video content in accordance with Vanacore Media standards (minimum 4K at 24fps).

• Edit and deliver the raw footage or edited content to your superior in a timely manner, ensuring minimal to no loss of data quality.

• Coordinate with clients as needed, with your superior providing final approval.

• Submit final content for client review and approval.

• Receive 85% of the labor revenue from the in-person video portion once the work has been submitted and approved by the client.

2. Photographer (In-Person Shoot)

• Respond to calls from Vanacore Media to schedule photography shoots for clients.

• Capture high-quality images as per client specifications and Vanacore Media standards.

• Deliver the raw photos to your superior and ensure minimal data loss or compression when transferring files.

• Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met.

• Submit final photos for client review and approval.

• Receive 85% of the labor revenue from the in-person photography portion once the work has been submitted and approved by the client.

3. Graphic Designer (Remote)

• Respond to calls from Vanacore Media to design graphics as per client needs.

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media (logos, social media content, websites, etc.).

• Present design concepts to Vanacore Media for feedback and revisions, ensuring all designs meet client expectations.

• Make revisions as necessary based on client feedback.

• Submit the final approved design to your superior for payment processing.

• Receive 85% of the design revenue once the design is approved by the client.

Requirements for All Positions:

• On-Call Availability: You must be able to respond to calls for projects when they arise. The role is flexible, but requires quick availability during times of need. ACCEPTING UNDER A WEEKS SHORT NOTICE WILL EARN EXTRA COMPENSATION 

• Completion and Submission: Payment will only be processed once you submit your completed work for approval by your superior.

• Equipment Requirements:

  • Videographer: You must have a camera capable of shooting at least 4K at 24fps and the ability to send high-quality, minimally compressed footage.

  • Photographer: You must have a DSLR camera with professional-grade capabilities to produce high-quality photos and a way to send them to your superior. 

  • Graphic Designer: You must have a computer or equivalent mobile setup capable of producing high-quality design work.

• Professionalism: You will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality work as you are representing Vanacore Media

• Dress Code: Preferably all black, Jeans, no flashy colors or designs 

• Teamwork: While you’ll be working independently on assignments, you will remain an integral part of the Vanacore Media team, collaborating with others to deliver excellent results for clients & occasionally teaming up with co-workers to produce large events. 

• Flexibility: As a part of our on-call team, flexibility is key. You must be able to work at a time most relative to the clients needs, Could be weeks from now, could be days. 

Compensation:

• Revenue Share: You will receive 85% of the in-person labor revenue (i.e., the in-person portion of the job).

• Payment Process: Payment will be issued after the completion of the job and final client approval, submitted through your superior.
