Giovanni Vanacore — nephew of acclaimed composers David and Victor Vanacore of Vanacore Music — is an emerging speaker, visual media producer, and athlete based in Buffalo, NY. In January 2024, he founded Vanacore Media, a creative agency dedicated to helping businesses and creators amplify their message through cinematic video production, photography, and custom web design.

Outside the studio, Giovanni channels his drive into combat sports as a passionate athlete and the co-founder of AFC, a digital sports project that made waves in 2021 for its raw authenticity and high-energy storytelling within the MMA scene.

Beyond media and athletics, Giovanni shares his journey in classrooms and community spaces, inspiring others to think beyond limits and embrace their unique potential — always aiming to leave audiences empowered and uplifted.

A 2024 graduate of Grand Island High School, Giovanni was recognized with the Pride of the Island Award and multiple honors for his writing. His early years in wrestling ignited a lifelong love for martial arts, while his involvement in the Peer Buddy Program strengthened his dedication to inclusion and supporting people with diverse needs.

Vanacore Media is a creative production company founded by Giovanni Vanacore in January 2024. Based in Western New York, the company collaborates with businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs to bring bold ideas to life through cinematic video production, dynamic photography, and custom web design.

With a modern, hands-on approach, Vanacore Media is more than a service provider — it’s a creative partner. From local staples like Otto’s Italian Restaurant, Gerry’s Service: Complete Auto Repair, and JT’s MMA, the focus remains on elevating each brand’s unique voice and visual identity.

Recognized for its energy, precision, and professionalism, Vanacore Media is rapidly becoming one of the region’s go-to names for brands aiming to stand out and scale up. This growth extends within the company itself: in September 2025, Giovanni expanded his team to support Vanacore Media’s continued evolution. Among the new leadership is his brother Armani Smith, stepping in as CFO and Co-CEO, helping drive the company’s next chapter.
